The STEC XS maintains the functions of a professional RTK rover, but integrates green laser, camera, and 120° IMU into a body of only 380 g. In addition to working on a pole, it allows capturing remote or hard-to-reach points with visual support, reducing maneuvers in complex areas.
The laser allows measuring points where it is not convenient or possible to support the tip of the pole, such as ditches, edges, corners, fences, areas with traffic, or hard-to-reach sectors. With LaserFix, it delivers up to 2 cm within 5 m and 3 cm within 10 m.
No. The IMU system is designed for agile flow on terrain, allowing measurement with tilt without leveling the rod at each point. This speeds up surveys, stakeouts, and captures in spaces where perfect verticality is not always practical.
Yes. The STEC XS was designed for flexible use: it can work as a rover on a rod, as a handheld device for quick captures, and as a laser solution for remote points. This versatility allows adapting the workflow to the terrain and not the other way around.
Yes. The equipment supports RTK and Network RTK work, as well as standard formats such as RTCM and VRS, FKP, and MAC outputs. With a compatible configuration, it can be integrated into field correction flows via controller, software, and available connectivity.
The STEC XS features IP68 protection against water and dust, operates between -30 °C and 65 °C, and withstands drops of 1.8 m onto a hard surface. It is built for demanding field days without sacrificing portability.
